Starting off with a brief history of Sicilian food, you will then progress to making your own dishes such as pasta with sardines, or the famous Sicilian arancine, or a sweet biancomangiare. Then you can enjoy a convivial meal all together.

• The school is 80 steps away from Corso Umberto I in Modica. People with walking problems are strongly advised to contact us before deciding to take a class.

If you cancel your booking:
• 7 or more days before the date of the booked service: we will retain 30% of the amount paid
• within 7 days of the date of the booked service: we will retain the full amount of the booked service
