Guided by real Sicilian Mammas, this cooking lesson enables you to meet local people and learn to cook some of Sicily's most delicious and iconic dishes. The whole experience is vibrant and fun, and is capped off by a meal of the food you have prepared accompanied by a glass of local wine. How does panelle, arancine, and pasta with prawns and pistachio sound? These are just some of the delicious dishes that you might learn to prepare! This cookery class is a unique way to get to know the secrets of Sicilian cuisine.

Learn how to make a delicious Sicilian lunch! You’ll make panelle (chickpea fritters) and arancine, as well as a seasonal Sicilan dessert. These are recipes that you’ll love to make again and again once back home!
You’ll discover how to make Sicilian a traditional dinner that will impress your friends at home! Start with delicious anchovy balls, and then create a masterpiece of pasta with prawns and Bronte pistachio. You’ll finish with delicious ricotta biscuits. A real feast!

• 7 or more days before the date of the booked service: we will retain 30% of the amount paid
• within 7 days of the date of the booked service: we will retain the full amount of the booked service
